A typical day for us looks something like this:
7:28-7:40 Math Meeting
7:40-7:55 Breakfast
7:55-9:00 Math
9:00-10:00 Reading Groups
10:00-10:55 Whole Group Reading
10:55-11:20 Lunch
11:20-11:40 Read Aloud Time
11:40-12:40 Language Arts (grammar, spelling, phonics, daily oral language)
12:40-1:30 Specials
1:30-1:47 Recess
1:47-2:32 Finish any unfinished work from the day, review, buddy reader time
Monday special is Music
Tuesday special is Physical Education and Library
Wednesday special is Physical Education and Library
Thursday and Friday special is Art.
We also visit the computer lab 3 times per week.
